About Me
My name is Aurora and I am originally from Italy. I moved to Ireland in 2008 and I’ve been living here since.
I teach mindfulness meditation and Yin Yoga, a slow and meditative form of yoga that helps to foster self-awareness and connection with the self. You can learn more about this wonderful practice here
Currently, I facilitate a number of workshops as well as online/onsite mindfulness meditation sessions at the Sanctuary in Dublin 7 and at St Patrick Mental Health Services, in Lucan. I also offer 1 to 1 sessions for people who don't feel comfortable being in a group or can't commit at a specific time and date.
My mission is empowering people from all walks of life to live a healthier and happier life through the support of nature, mindfulness and somatic movement.
Another side of me, it’s storytelling. Stories have an incredible charm on me. I love listening to stories and I love sharing them with my social circles. Because of my passion for storytelling, I trained to become a tour guide. So when I am not teaching mindfulness, I escort travellers around the Emerald island!
I hope to embark on a journey together…
A special thanks goes to:
Totally Dublin & Dublin Live for featuring my Forest Bathing walks in their magazines and Visit Dublin to have included my Street Art Tour and Forest Bathing experience in their website.

Had a fantastic few hours in Phoenix park. Great bunch of people. Aurora brought us into a lovely space, helped us calm our minds, slow down and led us into four of five techiques to help.us connect with the nature and most importantly ourselves.

I have attended Forest Bathing with Aurora and each time I did it lifted my spirits and gave me a deeper knowledge and appreciation of my surroundings. I treated friends (instead of buying a birthday present) and they really enjoyed it. It was so special. I recommend it as a solo outing or with friends
