Forest Bathing

A typical forest bathing session lasts between two and three hours, although this will vary depending on the season and the weather. Forest Bathing is more than simply taking a walk in the forest. You won’t be walking very far and you’ll probably spend some time sitting or lying quietly. The pace is very gentle, we encourage you to really slow down, take time for yourself, and focus on your body rather than your head. Forest bathing can be practiced any time of the year and is suitable for any fitness level.
